WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:
Essential RUSSIAN LANGUAGE SPECIALIST REQUIRED.
KNOWLEDGE OF THE LANGUAGE IS SUFFICIENT WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILL:
Part of the IT Service desk team providing Voice and E-Mail support and remote technical support to the end users.
Achieve all the committed SLAs like First Time Fix (FTF), Average Handling time, Pick up time, talk time etc.
with other IT teams and drive them for effective closure as per the SLA norms and matching up to the end users’ satisfaction.
Influence the perceived level of Service and Customer Satisfaction for the IT function as a whole.
Troubleshoot all desktop, laptop, VPN, Hand held devices related problems and contribute to the Knowledge base for effective incident closure.
Understand quickly the various processes of the Customer organization and implement for effective IT support.
Implement and adhere the ITIL frame work Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling Desktop issues, PWD resets, basics of Active Directory.
Good interpersonal and communication skills Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team Excellent Softskill, Communications skills(Voice & Email) to handle global customers
