Непал › Можно ли сдать билеты Space Jet ??

Подскажите плиз, запутались в переводах :( Хотели купить билеты Space Jet Дели-Катманду-Дели. По отдельности: туда и обратно. С мыслями о том, чтобы если что возможно(соответственно уже после получения индийской визы), обратный сдать и пересечь границу из Варанаси по земле. Удобнее-не надо опять в Дели возвращаться+все равно будем в Варанаси. Уже в процессе покупки решили посмотреть правила авиакомпании, и то ли это наш хрено.. английский, толи там речь о том, что сдать можно, но деньги как бы не вернутся живыми, а куда то там положатся и мгут быть ипользованы для друого полета со Space Jet...ну это вот как мы поняли...ангийский плохой, переводчики в инете как то тоже не помогли уточнить. Если кто в курсе про правила Space Jet по поводу сдачи билетов, или может перевести правильно этот пункт, были бы очень благодарны!!! Особенно пункт 3.2.3 смущает...

Article 3 – Tickets

3.1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1.1

SpiceJet will provide carriage only to the Guest(s) named in the Ticket, and appropriate identification proof needs to be produced at the time of travel

3.1.2

For all international flights, the only acceptable proof of identification would be a valid passport. However, for travel to and from Nepal the following proofs of identification (other than the passport) would be accepted:

Voter's ID card issued by the Government of India /Government ID card (for Government Officials) for adults

*

Birth Certificate/School ID for Children

*

Birth Certificate for Infants (children below 2 years/24 months as on the date of travel)

The above is applicable for Indian citizens traveling to and from Nepal. Please ensure that you check the passport/visa requirements and restrictions applicable for citizens belonging to countries other than India.

3.1.3

Some Tickets are sold at discounted fares which may be partially or completely non-refundable. Guests should choose the fare best suited to their needs.

3.1.4

The Ticket is and remains at all times the property of the issuing carrier.

3.1.5

SpiceJet is a ticket less Airline. SpiceJet offers a printed itinerary with a reference number and the details of the reservations. An itinerary does not constitute a document of carriage. The Booking in SpiceJet's database is the primary record of carriage and in the event of any differences between the itinerary and the Booking in SpiceJet's database, the Booking will prevail.

3.1.6

SpiceJet does not issue open tickets hence no period of validity is applicable to the ticket.

3.2

BOOKING AMENDMENT/CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

3.2.1

Changes/cancellation may be made to a booking upto 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the booked flight.

3.2.2

Change of booking - change in flight date, time, origin, destination constitutes as change of booking. A fee of INR750 or equivalent local currency of the departure country per Guest per one way would be charged for any changes. In addition to the change fee, the difference between the original and current applicable fare (if any) and any change in taxes, fees, surcharges are applicable. In case of the current available fares being lower than the original, balance funds will be retained in form of credit shell (ref 3.2.3)

3.2.3

Cancellation of booking A fee of INR750 or equivalent local currency of the departure country per Guest per one way would be deducted towards the cancellation of the booking. The balance amount would be retained under the original PNR as a credit shell. The credit shell amount may be adjusted in any booking made with SpiceJet up to a year from the date of cancellation. This amount is transferable and may be used for any booking for anyone known to the Guest. The Guest may opt for a refund of the credit shell amount within this period. Once expired the amount shall not be reinstated.

Кстати при бронировании этого конкретного билета правила пишутся вот такие. Только как мы поняли, там о сдаче билета нет никакого упоминания вообще. Только о перемене дат

* Bookings made through Travel Agents will attract a transaction fee directly collected by them.

* Failure to show up for the flight at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure will result in the fare being forfeited.

* Changes to the date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time by calling the SpiceJet Sales & Reservation Centre at the airport or through the SpiceJet web site at www.spicejet.com.

* Name changes are not permitted.

* Change fee is Rs. 750 per person, per flight. Customer is responsible for paying the fare differential between original and the new booking.

* All fares are subject to change until purchased.

* Our full terms & conditions are displayed at www.spicejet.com.

Это например пункт о котором идет речь:

"Отказ от услуг плата INR 750 или эквивалент в местной валюте в стране отправления per Guest per one way на каждого гостя в один конец would be deducted towards the cancellation of the booking. будет вычтена к отмены бронирования. The balance amount would be retained under the original PNR as a credit shell. Остаток суммы будет сохранена в оригинальной PNR в качестве кредита оболочки. The credit shell amount may be adjusted in any booking made with SpiceJet up to a year from the date of cancellation. Оболочки сумма кредита может быть скорректирована в любой бронирование сделано с SpiceJet до года с даты расторжения. "

Речь о том что сумма оставшаяся с билета поступает на ваш счет в спайсджете (за исключением 750 рупий - которые штраф) и вы должны ее израсходывать для другого бронирования в течениии года после отмены рейса, в противном случае через год эта сумма аннулируется.

а билеты с дискаунтом невозвратные.

пункт 3.2.3 это отмена.. что смена дат то и отмена облагается штрафом 750 рупий..нигде не написано что невозвратные

Chaos и INDIAGATE Хм..ну билеты то мы уже оформили...конечно, здорово было бы до отъезда точно понять что они имели в виду . Если положат на некий счет Space Jet до следующего раза-то этот раз боюсь может не наступить:( тогда сдавать не будет смысла-придется все таки лететь:((

Punto Fiji что значит с дискаунтом? Когда мы эти покупали, нам предлагалось с дискаунтом взять билеты в связке туда-обратно дешевле бы было. Но мы как раз отказались-чтобы не вляпаться в невозврат..

Это написано уже непосредственно на наших купленных билетах .

Changes and Cancellation

Name changes on a confirmed booking are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that the name given at the time of booking matches the name as mentioned on the traveling Guest's valid photo ID.

The balance amount may be utilized for any booking up to a year from the date of cancellation. The Guest may opt for a refund of the balance amount.

The Credit Shell can only be used by calling SpiceJet's Guest Sales & Reservations department at 9871803333. The booking reference number /PNR number needs to be quoted when utilizing the amount now available as credit with SpiceJet.

Напишите результат по сдаче билетов, пожалуйста. Сама пыталась несколько раз сдать билет на СпайсДжете и ничего не вышло. Несколько раз !!!! все мозги вынесли и так ничего и не переоформили и не выплатили.
